You will manage projects from business need through feasibility and concept design, ensuring they are well defined, technically robust and ready to transition into detailed design.

You’ll bring together technical specialists, consultants and key stakeholders while managing scope, programme, budget, risk and quality to deliver successful outcomes and a safe

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ engineering and/or project management experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Strong project, financial, programme, risk and contract management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading wastewater projects through feasibility and early design.
• Managing scope, programme, budgets, forecasts, risks and project change.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and technical specialists.
• Developing robust business cases and driving quality project outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, mana whenua, communities and delivery partners.
• Ensuring health, safety, sustainability and operational requirements are considered from the outset.
• Delivering a smooth handover into detailed design and delivery.
