Ando Insurance Group Limited is seeking a senior Test Automation Engineer to help shape quality engineering across our business. This newly created role places you as the first dedicated automation lead, designing scalable frameworks and setting best practices.

You'll mentor Test Analysts, grow automation capability, and champion an automation-first approach across web, API, and CI/CD components within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
• Experience automating web, API and CI/CD testing in modern Agile environments.
• Able to coach and mentor team members to lift automation capability.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Ando's test automation framework using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Increase automation coverage across web and API platforms while embedding quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach our team of Test Analysts, helping lift automation capability across the business.
• Champion automation best practices and help shape Ando's automation-first approach.
