New Zealand Venue Co. in Auckland is seeking enthusiastic and innovative Sous Chefs to join our team. This permanent role offers a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week and an hourly rate between $30 and $40 depending on experience.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and staff development ability.
• Experience on the grill section and high-volume service.
• 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Ability to manage stock control and deliveries.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Train, mentor and motivate kitchen team.
• Oversee grill section and food preparation.
• Manage stock control, ordering and deliveries.
• Uphold and exceed minimum standards and quality.
• Deliver high quality meals in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with local community and customers.
