Qualifications

• Experience in joinery installation, shopfitting, commercial interiors, cabinetry or a related field
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Good understanding of installation and construction processes
• Confidence completing accurate site measures and interpreting plans
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and contractors
• Strong eye for accuracy, quality and detail
• Solutions-focused and accountable approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
• A trade qualification in joinery, furniture making, cabinetmaking or a related discipline would be beneficial but is not essential

Responsibilities

• Coordinate joinery installations from planning through to completion
• Conduct accurate site measures and review plans
• Liaise with clients, contractors, installers and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines and resolve issues as they arise
• Inspect completed installations and ensure high-quality finish
• Take ownership of projects through to final completion and sign-off
• Complete or coordinate minor onsite remedial work where required
