Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in joinery or kitchen design.
• Proficiency with design software such as CabMaster, Cabinet Vision, or Microvellum.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to build client trust.
• Commercial confidence to guide decisions and close with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and price bespoke residential and commercial joinery.
• Guide clients through material, finish, and spatial decisions.
• Manage the full design and sales journey from first conversation to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal design and production teams for seamless outcomes.
• Qualify and convert opportunities with confidence.
• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
• Contribute to a growing portfolio of high-spec, design-forward projects.
