Job summary

You will guide clients through material choices, finishes, and spatial decisions, coordinating with internal design and production teams to deliver refined, functional spaces and lasting partnerships across the industry.

About you

• Proven experience within the joinery or kitchen design industry
• Proficiency in design software such as CabMaster, Cabinet Vision, or Microvellum
• A refined design sensibility and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
• Commercial confidence, able to guide decisions and close with ease
• Understanding of the Central Otago residential construction landscape
• A collaborative mindset and a natural alignment with a design-led culture
