Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience leading communications in complex change environments.
Strong capability to build and lead a high-performing communications function.
Ability to operate in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities.
Proven ability to translate strategy into resonant communications for diverse audiences.
Understanding of Te Ao Māori, Te Reo Māori and tikanga.

Responsibilities

Lead clear, consistent and engaging communications to support delivery and adoption.
Build understanding among Ministry staff, Judiciary and stakeholders about change.
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the communications team.
Oversee internal/external communications, engagement materials and collateral.
