Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, including grill/BBQ expertise.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices (FCP and safe handling).
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for quality, consistency in culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the BBQ/grill station, prepare and serve high-quality grilled meats and dishes.
• Assist Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations for efficiency.
• Manage stock, food supplies and storage.
• Follow and enforce food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support menu development and execution with ideas for improvement.
• Train and mentor other kitchen staff as needed.
