Job summary

sKids is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals for roles in After School Care. The available positions include Programme Manager (minimum 15 hours/week), Assistant Programme Manager (minimum 10 hours/week), and Programme Assistant (minimum 6-8 hours/week).

Monday to Friday shifts include after-school hours with potential extra hours during school holidays. Join a team delivering engaging activities and prioritising child safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, education, coaching, camps, or similar.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (for Programme Manager roles).
• Confidence working with groups of children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support activities including arts & crafts, sports, games, cooking, and creative play.
• Supervise and engage with children, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Support or lead day-to-day running of the programme from setup to pack-down.
• Guide and support team members to deliver a high-quality programme.
