sKids Miramar is seeking a Programme Manager to lead and run the after-school programme. You’ll work a minimum of 15 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7am–8:30am and 2:30pm–6:00pm.

No weekend work, supportive team, and opportunities for holiday-time hours. Bring proven leadership with groups of children, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-energy environments.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience working with groups of children
• Experience in OSCAR programmes, teaching, coaching, or childcare
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour in high-energy groups
• Strong communication with parents, schools, and team members

Mansioni

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the sKids programme from setup to pack-down
• Lead and manage a large group of children, creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
• Plan and deliver structured activities (arts, sports, trips, baking, drama, music)
• Proactively manage challenging behaviour using positive guidance strategies
• Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers and school staff onsite
• Lead, coach and delegate to Programme Assistants to maintain high standards
