Access Community Health/Uru Ātea is seeking an Advanced Support Worker to lead, mentor and evaluate the general support workforce in the Tahunanui/Richmond area. The role blends community and office duties, with opportunities to train staff and improve client care.

Qualificações
- Requires Level 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate or Level 3 with plan to upgrade.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a Healthcare Support role.
- Located in the Richmond, Tahunanui area.
Responsabilidades
- Evaluate care practices and support workers' performance.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Organise and lead workshops to improve worker competencies.
- Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.
