Our KaiāwhinaSkills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and builds on your current experience to provide care to our valued clients the Access way. We provide year-round training with regular refreshers and new modules to keep your skills up to date. You’ll be supported through structured induction, ongoing training, refreshers, and clear development pathways.
Some client needs require Support Workers who hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification to ensure safe and appropriate care. We support equitable recruitment by recognising transferable experience and, where appropriate, providing training pathways to build and maintain Level 3–4 capability. Support Workers are matched to client needs based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
If you’re looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and the chance to really get to know the person you support, we’d love to hear from you.
