Skyline Rotorua is seeking an Assistant Activities Manager to deliver safe, high-quality, commercially successful operations across the Activities Department. You will lead the Luge operation and provide leadership support across weekends and peak periods, fostering a high-performing team and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience in tourism, hospitality or similar operations.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day operations, rostering and workforce planning.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Luge operation and provide leadership across the Activities Department on weekends, peak periods, and leave coverage.
• Drive operational excellence, health & safety, and high service standards.
• Support teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and continuous improvement.
