Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Papakura, New Zealand seeks a Supply Chain Portfolio Planner for an 18-month fixed term contract. You’ll coordinate supply chain activities across planning, logistics, procurement and project teams to support packaging changes and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, planning or logistics (FMCG experience is a bonus).
• Proficient in Excel and planning tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team-focused mindset with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines for updated packaging launches and product changes.
• Support material ordering and stock planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with other teams to make sure supply plans match launch requirements.
• Keep clear communication with different parts of the business to update on progress.
• Assist with identifying and helping to minimise waste or stock issues.
