The role requires a Bachelor's in SCM or related field, FMCG experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with forecasting and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and inventory management techniques.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts for FMCG products based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Create and manage production and inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of the supply plan.
• Monitor inventory levels across the supply chain and implement strategies to reduce waste and holding costs.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction within Queenstown.
