Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Papakura, New Zealand seeks a Supply Chain Portfolio Planner for an 18-month fixed term contract. You’ll coordinate supply chain activities across planning, logistics, procurement and project teams to support packaging changes and launches.

YOUR IMPACT

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Supply Chain Portfolio Planner to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract based at our Papakura, New Zealand manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll support the smooth delivery of an exciting project centred around legislative changes to our packaging and support new launches by helping to coordinate supply chain activities across key teams. You’ll work closely with Planning, Logistics, Procurement and Project teams to keep things on track and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Help coordinate timelines for updated packaging launches and product changes
• Support material ordering and stock planning to make sure everything arrives on time
• Work with other teams to make sure supply plans match what’s needed for launch
• Keep clear communication with different parts of the business to update on progress
• Assist with identifying and helping to minimise waste or stock issues

You’re organised, a great communicator, and enjoy working with others to get things done. You like solving problems, staying on top of details, and learning how supply chains work behind the scenes.
