Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L2) based in Waikato for an initial six-month contract. You will deliver hands-on level 1/2 support in a busy walk-up environment, troubleshooting devices and supporting Microsoft 365 apps.

The role focuses on fast restoration of services, friendly end-user interaction and effective incident handling. The ideal candidate has solid Windows/EUC experience and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support for EUC/IT environments.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user access issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support in a walk-up environment.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals and monitors.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams; manage user accounts and access issues.
• Device setup, configuration and deployment; incident management via ServiceNow.
