Job summary

Ara Poutama Aotearoa is seeking an L&D Facilitator to support regional frontline managers by building and growing the capability of their teams across sites. You will advise on learning tools, assess training needs and ensure onboarding is properly supported at each site.

You will also maintain awareness of centrally delivered training, identify regional needs and deliver learning options and resources. Build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders through a solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with L&D frameworks and NZQA qualifications.
• Experience in adult learning/training environments and assessing training needs.
• Ability to identify learning styles and gaps.
• Knowledge of frontline skills development pathway concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others to action.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on learning and development tools and solutions across sites.
• Assess current capability levels and training needs; support onboarding processes.
• Maintain awareness of centrally delivered training and regional needs and solutions.
• Deliver quality learning options and resources; build strong two-way relationships.
• Bring a solution-focused mindset to support and deliver on people strategy.
