Job summary

Ara Poutama Aotearoa is seeking an L&D Facilitator, Delivery in Hamilton to support frontline managers in building the capability of their teams. You will advise on learning tools, assess training needs, and ensure onboarding is effectively resourced across sites.

The role requires strong numeracy, excellent communication, and proven ability to inspire others, working within a values-led organisation aligned to Hōkai Rangi.

In this role you will provide advice and guidance on the learning and development tools and solutions available, provide assessment of current capability levels and training needs and ensure that key processes, such as onboarding new staff, are properly supported, and managed at each site across the region.We want to ensure our team at Ara Poutama have access to everything they need to be successful in their roles, this includes access to best practice learning and development opportunities.
