Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group’s FCM Travel team is seeking a Junior Account Manager in New Zealand to grow key accounts and build strong relationships with customers. You will identify growth opportunities, analyse trends, and present to clients in person or online.

Applicants should have travel industry experience and account management or customer relations background; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Travel Industry is essential.
• Account management or customer relations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
