Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking an Account Manager to grow sales within existing clients. You will analyse customer data, build strong relationships, and keep customers informed about product updates.

You will also present to clients both in person and online, driving ongoing growth and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong relationship skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to deliver compelling analyses and proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven account management or customer relations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities
