Job summary

FCM in Auckland, NZ is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Corporate team. You will identify growth opportunities within existing customers, analyse trends, and build strong relationships while keeping clients informed of new product availability.

You will present to clients both face-to-face and online, using MS Office tools to support sales and communications. This full-time role offers a dynamic travel-industry environment with global exposure and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Travel Industry is essential.
• Account management or customer relations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
