Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is hiring a Junior Account Manager across multiple NZ locations. You will identify growth opportunities within the existing client base, analyse customer trends, and build strong business relationships while keeping clients informed of new product availability.

You will present to clients face to face and online, using MS Excel and PowerPoint to support proposals and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Travel Industry is essential.
• Account management or customer relations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and grow accounts.
• Ability to articulate product and service knowledge to drive sales and growth.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
