Job summary

Lancôme Counter Manager at Centre Place, Hamilton, is a permanent full-time role within Farmers Trading Company Ltd. The successful candidate will lead a small team, drive sales targets, and implement promotional initiatives to grow the counter and business to its full potential.

We seek a candidate with beauty/retail experience, a passion for makeup and skincare, and strong communication skills. A Makeup Artistry certificate is advantageous; benefits include training and discounts.

About You:

We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has:

• Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for makeup and skincare, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• A certificate in Makeup Artistry would be in advantage.
• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
