Job summary

ITASTE GROUP LIMITED Trading as It Fox Solutions in Auckland seeks a motivated ICT Support Technician to join our team. The role covers 1st and 2nd line IT support, on-site and remote assistance, and the design and maintenance of our company website.

Candidates should have IT qualification and strong hardware/software knowledge, plus problem-solving and communication skills. The position is full-time with a minimum 30 hours per week and pays 32.00 NZD per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum level 5 IT diploma/degree or higher, or 3 years relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with website design/maintenance is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for clients.
• On-site and remote technical support as needed.
• Maintain support documentation in the service management system.
• Configure and maintain IT equipment and networking hardware.
• Design, develop and maintain client websites as required.
• Repair peripheral devices and coordinate with suppliers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build client relationships.
