Ant Technology Limited in Auckland is seeking an ICT Support Technician – AI & Automation to join our technology team. This role goes beyond traditional ICT support by delivering practical AI and automation solutions that streamline how our business operates.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues, install and maintain PCs and POS equipment, and support cloud services and Microsoft 365 environments, while collaborating with engineering and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software applications, POS equipment, printers and other ICT devices.
• Provide technical support to staff, merchants and authorised users.
• Support computer networks, internet connectivity, cloud applications and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with AntBank’s digital wallet, payment, POS, card and merchant technology platforms.
• Configure and adapt applications to meet business and user requirements.
• Support websites, portals and web-based systems where required.
• Work with engineering and development teams to troubleshoot.
