Ant Technology Limited in Auckland, part of AntBank, is seeking an ICT Support Technician – AI & Automation to join its growing technology team. You will support hardware, software, networks and FinTech systems while collaborating with engineering to implement AI-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes automating repetitive tasks, leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, and OpenAI technologies to streamline operations and enhance merchant and staff experiences.

Qualifications

• ICT support background and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Interest in AI and automation as a key growth area.
• Strong foundational IT/networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, POS equipment, printers and ICT devices.
• Provide technical support to staff, merchants and authorised users.
• Support networks, cloud apps and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with digital wallet, payment, POS and merchant tech platforms.
• Configure applications to meet business/user needs.
• Support websites, portals and web-based systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and support procedures.
