The Waimakariri District Council is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer on a full-time basis at our service centre in Rangiora, North Canterbury. You will be a trusted advisor in all stages and aspects of service desk, and what you do not know you will be keen to get stuck in and learn.

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in IT service desk/helpdesk support
- Hardware support for desktop, laptop and Android mobile devices
- In-depth understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Good understanding of basic network principles and troubleshooting
- Remote support of staff and councillors
- Analytical skills to support the triaging and resolution of user issues
