Job summary

Busck Invercargill is seeking reliable Labourers to join our hands-on team at our purpose-built facility. This role offers stable, long-term work with on-site training and career development.

You’ll work with concrete and precast formwork, learn new skills, and contribute to a safe, collaborative workplace. Prior construction experience helps but is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set out precast formwork for concrete pours.
• Place reinforcing steel cages and cast in items.
• Pour and finish concrete into formwork.
• Demould and finish products, prepare for lifting and storage.

About the role

• Prepare and set out precast formwork to Busck guidelines, ensuring it matches the plans provided ready for concrete pour.
• Place reinforcing steel cages and cast in items
• Pour and finish concrete into formwork to Busck guidelines.
• Demould product when cured, check/clean cast in items, and ensure product is ready for lifting and storage.
