Job summary

UCC Coffee is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Manager for our Auckland roastery, Allens Road, East Tamaki. The role oversees end-to-end inventory and purchasing for coffee products, machines and parts, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

You will lead stock planning, forecasting and data integrity in JD Edwards, while coaching a small team. This full-time role is based on-site, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to conduct stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based systems.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory flow across warehouses and 3PL centres.
• Own monthly inventory planning, reporting, and forecasting.
• Drive stocktake, cycle count, stock transfer, returns and reconciliations.
