Job summary

Mitre 10 Papamoa is seeking an Integrity Team Member to help maximise the integrity of physical and computerised inventory records and assist in developing controls for stock management.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will handle stock takes, investigate discrepancies, maintain the Stock Master File and support customer returns and repairs, while delivering excellent service in a dynamic Bay of Plenty store.

Responsibilities

• Maximising the integrity of physical and computerised inventory records.
• Assisting in the development of process controls to maximise inventory management.
• Maintaining the GAP management process.
• Investigating stock discrepancies.
• Assisting with the implementation of stock takes and stock take procedures.
• Maintaining the Stock Master File.
• Claims – manage customer returns and repairs.
• Delivering excellent customer service, sales and profitability, operations, stock and people.
