Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington in Auckland is seeking an Inventory-focused team member. You will help maximise inventory record integrity and support stocktake procedures while assisting with stock control and customer service.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, analytical capability, confidentiality, and a proactive, adaptable approach. Permanent full-time hours are offered at a busy Auckland store location.

Responsibilities

• Maximising the integrity of physical and computerised inventory records.
• Assisting in the development of process controls to maximise inventory management.
• Maintaining the GAP management process.
• Assisting with the implementation of stocktakes and stock take procedures.
• Maintaining the Stock Master File.
• Claims – manage customer returns and repairs.
• Delivering excellent customer service, sales and profitability, operations, stock and people.

Reportingto the Inventory Manager, you will be involved in:

• maximising the integrity of physical and computerisedinventory records;
• assisting in the development of processcontrols to maximise inventory management;
• maintaining the GAP management process;
• assisting with the implementation of stocktakes and stock take procedures;
• maintaining the Stock Master File; and
• claims – manage customer returns andrepairs
