Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Papamoa seeks an Integrity Team Member to support stock control and inventory integrity, both physical and computerised. You will help implement processes to maximise accuracy and contribute to service, sales and store profitability.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will handle stock takes, stock records, and customer returns with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximise the integrity of physical and computerised inventory records.
• Assist in the development of process controls to maximise inventory management.
• Maintain the GAP management process.
• Investigate stock discrepancies.
• Assist with the implementation of stock takes and stock take procedures.
• Maintain the Stock Master File.
