Job summary

Jora New Zealand is inviting a cost modelling and FP&A professional to join a large, asset-intensive organisation undergoing significant investment and change in Auckland. You will develop and refine driver-based cost models, support Opex, Totex, NPV, and whole-of-life cost analysis, and turn operational information into meaningful financial insights.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential, and you will collaborate across finance, operations, engineering and senior leadership to drive

You’ll have strong experience across cost modelling, FP&A, financial analytics or commercial finance, with advanced Excel modelling skills including Power BI.

We're looking for someone with a naturally inquisitive and analytical mind -you like getting under the hood, challenging assumptions and understanding the story behind the numbers.

You'll also need to be a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels. Experience within infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or another asset-intensive environment would be advantageous, as would exposure to Totex, Power BI or regulatory environments.
