Responsibilities

  • Review and investigate all customer claims in Salesforce.
  • Update and maintain claims spreadsheets and reports accurately.
  • Support cycle counting workload as required.
  • Create and deliver training on product updates and processes.
  • Provide timely responses to internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and orphan/missing stock.
  • Perform stock investigations with stakeholders including NOSIL.
  • Identify root causes and prevent recurrence; drive process improvements.

The Job

As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Distribution Centre Operations team. You’ll get to:

  • Review and investigate all customer claims entered in the Salesforce portal.
  • Update and maintain claims spreadsheets, reports, and related records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support the workload of the cycle counting team as required.
  • Create and deliver training materials for key product and process updates.
  • Provide timely responses to operational queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate orphan stock, missing stock, and other stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct stock investigations in partnership with relevant stakeholders, including NOSIL.
  • Identify root causes of customer claims and partner with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
  • Continually review policies and processes to drive proactive improvements in order accuracy and quality performance.
