Stanley Black & Decker in Auckland search for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Distribution Centre Operations. You will review and investigate customer claims in Salesforce, maintain accurate claims records, and support cycle counting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Strong admin and reporting skills; proficient with Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships.
• Able to work autonomously and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate customer claims in Salesforce.
• Update and maintain claims spreadsheets and reports with high accuracy.
• Support the workload of the cycle counting team as required.
• Create and deliver training materials for product and process updates.
• Provide timely responses to operational queries from internal stakeholders.
• Investigate orphan stock, missing stock, and stock discrepancies.
• Conduct stock investigations with NOSIL and other stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and partner to prevent recurrence.
