Using FPIM Oracle, you'll lead computer-based inventory management, actively monitoring usage, stock outs, min/max plans and stock turn to drive the highest level of efficiency across the warehouse and sub inventories.
You'll be a key point of contact for inventory across the district — managing stock to agreed KPIs, setting up and maintaining min/max levels, removing obsolete stock, managing consignment stock and inter-district transfers, and planning stocktakes. You'll also work closely with Nurse Managers to keep sub inventory catalogues and imprest levels right, support users to follow Health NZ purchasing and stores processes, and lead or take part in projects that improve inventory management processes, such as scanner management.
