Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Southern is seeking an experienced Supply Officer to deliver and maintain a reliable supply service across wards and clinical services in Dunedin. No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

In your role as Supply Officer, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a reliable supply service to a range of wards and clinical services across Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, Southern.

Key areas of focus will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Support and maintain the supply service across the organisation
• Liaising with departments to requisition and order catalogue and non-catalogue supplies and services
• Providing a comprehensive purchasing support function
• Providing an effective delivery and receipting service for supplies, services and equipment
• Completing duties of the Supply Officer in line with Southern policy around purchasing and supply

Hours of work can be negotiable.
