• Manage, establish, and strengthen international supplier and manufacturing relationships
• Identify and evaluate new offshore suppliers, products, and global sourcing opportunities
• Lead sourcing, tendering, pricing reviews, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
• Coordinate product testing, compliance documentation, quality standards, and supplier warranties
• Oversee international freight, shipping schedules, customs processes, and delivery into NZ
• Partner with Regional and Project Managers to forecast demand, manage supply risks, and maintain product availability
