We're looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our International Sales Team and drive growth across our international trade channels.

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day sales delivery. You'll lead and develop a team of International Sales Managers, manage key international trade relationships, and be responsible for delivering revenue growth across our international markets.

You'll work closely with tourism partners, wholesalers, agents, and industry stakeholders, while collaborating across RealNZ to identify opportunities and maximise the performance of our diverse portfolio, including Cardrona and Treble Cone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing international sales team.
• Delivering international revenue, guest and yield targets.
