Job summary

RealNZ is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead the International Sales Team and drive growth across international trade channels. This hands-on leadership role balances strategy with day-to-day sales delivery, developing a team of International Sales Managers and managing key international trade relationships to grow revenue across global markets.

You'll work with tourism partners, wholesalers, agents and industry stakeholders to maximise performance of RealNZ’s portfolio,

• Proven leadership experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Track record of achieving commercial and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to turn insights into action.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Confident working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Experience in tourism, travel or hospitality is highly regarded.

About the role
