Job summary

Vulcan in Onehunga, Auckland, seeks a full-time internal sales support with hands-on warehouse duties. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and manage stock availability while maintaining accurate inventories.

We value experience in internal sales or customer service, warehousing knowledge, and good computer skills (ERP, Outlook, Excel). Monday–Friday hours 8am–4:30pm, NZ residency or valid visa required, with on-the-job training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or customer service.
• Warehouse, dispatch or inventory control experience.
• Able to work 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Physically fit for manual handling and warehouse tasks.
• Intermediate computer literacy (ERP systems, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately.
• Receive and process incoming stock.
• Maintain inventory records, stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Respond to internal enquiries regarding stock availability and pricing.

About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent rolein Onehunga, mostlyinternal sales supportand,hands-on warehouse duties. If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.

• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability.

• Build strong customer relationships through responsive internal sales support.

• Respond to internal enquiriesregardingstock availability and pricing (email and phone)

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately

• Receipt and process incoming stock

• Maintainaccurateinventory records, stocktakes, and cycle counts

• Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

• Internal sales or customer service experience

• Warehousing, dispatch, or inventory control experience(an advantage)

• Forkhoistlicence an advantage

• Intermediate computer literacy (ERP systems, Outlook, Excel)

• Physically fit to complete manual handling and warehouse tasks
