Vulcan in Onehunga, Auckland, is looking for an internal sales support specialist who will handle enquiries, prepare quotes and process orders, while also assisting in warehouse tasks. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with no weekends, and offers a supportive team and structured environment.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage stock availability, and help with warehousing duties as needed. A forklift licence and NZ work rights are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Experience in internal sales or customer service.
• Warehousing, dispatch, or inventory experience is a plus.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.
• Proficient with ERP systems, Outlook and Excel.
• Physically able to perform manual handling and warehousing tasks.
• Must have NZ work rights and be able to pass pre-employment checks.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Onehunga, mostly internal sales support with hands-on warehouse duties. If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. No weekends.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive internal sales support
• Respond to internal enquiries regarding stock availability and pricing (email and phone)
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
• Receipt and process incoming stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stocktakes, and cycle counts

What You Will Bring

• Internal sales or customer service experience
• Warehousing, dispatch, or inventory control experience (an advantage)
• Fork hoist licence (an advantage)
• Intermediate computer literacy (ERP systems, Outlook, Excel)
• Physically fit to complete manual handling and warehouse tasks
• A valid work visa or the right to work in New Zealand
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
