Job summary

NetYourJob is seeking a reliable, organized, customer-focused Internal Sales & Dispatch professional to join our Wellington branch. This hands-on role involves processing orders, preparing quotes, supporting the sales team, handling warranty claims, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of freight.

You'll also help keep the warehouse tidy, safe and efficient, engage with trade and retail customers at the front desk, and coordinate with freight partners.

We're looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Internal Sales & Dispatch person to join our Wellington branch.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be at the centre of the day-to-day operation - helping customers, processing orders and quotes, supporting the sales team, managing warranty claims, and making sure freight is picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

You’ll also play an important role in keeping the warehouse organised, safe and running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Responding to online customer enquiries
• Preparing quotes and supporting the Fastflo sales team
• Liaising with customers and sales staff regarding orders, pricing and stock availability

What we’re looking for

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, trade counter or a similar role
• Experience processing customer orders and quotes
• Warehouse, dispatch or freight-handling experience
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good computer skills; experience with NetSuite would be an advantage
• A current forklift licence, or be willing to obtain one
• A full New Zealand driver licence
• The ability to safely lift, load and unload freight
• A proactive approach and the willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Experience within plumbing, pumps, water or industrial supplies would be advantageous, but we're also interested in people with strong transferable experience.
