Fortus Safety, part of the +IMPAC Group, is seeking an exceptional all-rounder to join the East Tamaki branch. You’ll support smooth inward and dispatch operations and assist in the retail shop, delivering an exceptional customer experience with your product knowledge and passion for health and safety.
No two days are the same; you will be rostered on weekends (one Saturday and one Sunday per month when required) to ensure service levels across channels and customers.

Our East Tamaki branch combines a busy retail trade counter serving walk-in customers with a warehouse operation that picks, packs, and dispatches customer orders received online, by email, and through our sales team - supplying and assisting in all PPE needs.

We're looking for an exceptional all round person, who likes a bit of variety to join our Fortus team. You'll be contributing to the smooth operation of the inwards and dispatch at our East Tamaki Branch.
This role also includes at times helping in the retail shop, serving clients, ensuring that the customer receives an exceptional experience through your knowledge, passion and commitment to providing the best health and safety solutions every time. No two days will be the same. You will also be rostered on weekends - one Saturday and one Sunday per month when required.
Warehouse duties include storing product, picking, packing, and checking orders
Working in the branding area, picking, packing, and sending to multiple branding companies
Checking branding received back, folding, packing, and dispatching
Inventory control including coordination and maintenance of branch stock levels
Maintain accurate accounts sales records and supplier information using company systems

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in point-of-sale software packages
Demonstrated ability to communicate with others at all levels
Detail-oriented focus and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
