• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, intermediaries, and key stakeholders to support customer retention and business growth.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities by providing tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs.
• Deliver timely and accurate policy, underwriting, and product advice while supporting policy administration and processing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient issue resolution, and positive customer outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process efficiencies, and achievement of business performance targets.
