Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in New Zealand seeks a Client Executive to contribute to managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance needs are identified and met. This is a client-facing role and the Executive will build relationships with clients and insurance partners.

You will support Senior Brokers, prepare documentation, manage client data, handle claims inquiries, and work with the offshore Operations Support team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) General Insurance or willingness to work towards this.
• Quick learner and willingness to take on additional duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent report writing and correspondence skills.
• Ability to take notes and record meeting minutes.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Team player with credibility and trust.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Experience using eGlobal is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation and invoices (renewals, quotes, manuals, funding quotes).
• Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and obtain approvals.
• Support Senior Brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance and risk programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain client data, meeting notes and minutes in systems and databases.
• Compare renewal terms and advise on changes with underwriters.
• Work with offshore Operations Support to prepare and deliver documentation.
• Liaise with Operations on issues and suggest improvements.
• Respond to client claims enquiries and advise on claims process.
• Manage workflow and diary systems to achieve claims standards.
• Undertake CPD planning and contribute to new business targets.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of the pipeline and premium funding compliance.
