Aon New Zealand is seeking a Service Executive to join our collaborative team in Wellington, delivering exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey. You’ll be the glue that keeps operations running smoothly and will support renewals, documentation, and data integrity.

Based in our CBD or Takapuna office, you’ll work with insurers and clients, coordinating policy terms, quotations, and presentations while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

Competenze

• Experience in client servicing and renewals.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols.
• Confirm policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers.
• Prepare premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client data across systems.
• Follow up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information.
• Assist with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Service Manager and team to manage workload and ensure service delivery.
