Job summary

Aon New Zealand seeks a client services professional to join a collaborative team, delivering exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey. Based in Auckland, Takapuna or Wellington offices, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy data and documentation, and act as the glue to keep operations running smoothly.

You will support renewals, confirm policy terms with insurers, prepare premium calculations and renewal reports, maintain client data, and work closely with the Service

Qualifications

• Customer-first mentality with proactive problem solving.
• Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Comfort with Office products and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols
• Confirming policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers
• Preparing premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations
• Maintaining accurate client data across systems
• Following up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information
• Assisting with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management
• Working closely with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery
