Qualifications

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage general insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement, providing exceptional support to clients while liaising with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, and repairers.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)
• Sound knowledge of rural and commercial insurance products and claims processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
